This research has examined moderating role of workplace spirituality with five traits of personality and counterproductive work behaviors. Researchers have growing trend to enhance understanding of workplace spirituality. Corporate environment has also realized significance of workplace spirituality. Self-structured questionnaire have been employed to collect data from employees of private commercial banks, operating in jurisdiction of Distt. Attock, Pakistan. Response rate in this study is 82%.Data was analyzed on the basis of moderating concept of Baron and Kenny (1986) in statistical software for social sciences. This study concludes that workplace spirituality has significant moderating impact over the association of openness, conscientiousness and agreeableness with counterproductive work behaviors.it has been also revealed that there is no relationship between extroversion and counterproductive work behaviors. Workplace spirituality has no moderating impact over association of neuroticism and extroversion with counterproductive work behaviors of employees. This study develops ways for management and practitioners to alleviate the effects of personality traits on counterproductive work behaviors and reduce the occurrences of counterproductive work behaviors. Ultimately it will improve organizational performance.

This study explores moderating role of branch managers as gender on the service quality and customer’s loyalty in Private Banks of Pakistan. This study seeks additional insights through comparison of the strength of influence of gender as male and female. Data was collected using convenient sampling technique from 175 respondents of two large private banks through self-administered questionnaire. Statistical software package for social sciences was employed for data analysis Regression analysis and Andrew Hayes methodology of moderation has been used to analyze data. Response rate in this study was 87.50%.there is significant relationship of service quality with customer’s loyalty. Gender moderates the association of service quality and customer’s loyalty. But, impact of male gender is higher than female as moderator on relationship of service quality and customer’s loyalty. Male branch managers moderate the association of service quality and customer’s loyalty. There is non-significant impact of female branch managers on the relationship of service quality and customer’s loyalty. This study will help the management of banks to assess and improve level of service quality in retail banking in order to retain existing customers, grasp new customers and enhance their loyalty.

There is intense pressure over organizations to survive in the ever-changing world of competition. Human resource is a prime factor that has no alternative and substitute. Success of any organization is highly dependent upon quality of human resource. This study investigates inter play of job crafting , organizational commitment and moderating role of person-job fit in banking sector of Pakistan..200 questionnaires were floated at email addresses of employees working at branch level of bank. Response rate in this study is 84%.Regression analyses and Andrew Hayes Technique of moderation has been used to perform data analysis. There is significant impact of job crafting over organizational commitment of employees. Person-Job Fit is playing its role as moderator with job crafting and organizational commitment.it is of high significance that with increasing value of person-job fit, its moderating impact decreases.

This study examined the influence of perception of organizational politics on negligent behavior of employees in banking sector. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between perception of organizational politics and negligent behavior and investigate interaction effect of transformational leadership. A questionnaire was designed to collect data from two hundred subjects who were employees of a large commercial bank posted in twin cities Rawalpindi and Islamabad.it was concluded that there is significant relationship between perception of organizational politics and negligent behavior of employees. Transformational leadership has been observed as moderating the association of perception of organizational politics and neglect. Based on the data analysis, it is recommended that employees should strive to understand and tackle strategically political activities in their organizations to improvise their satisfaction and avoid conflict.

The aim of this study is to determine mean comparison and identify similarities for all five dimensions of service quality between public hospitals in London city, UK and private hospitals in Attock city of Pakistan on the basis of patient’s perception. Data was collected from patients through self-administered questionnaire. SERVQUAL was measurement scale, comprises of 21 items covering all five dimensions. Independence T-Test was performed to analyze collected data using Statistical software package for social sciences. Response rate is this study is 83.33%. It is concluded that in both sectors, performance of hospitals is lowest in responsiveness dimension of service quality. There is highest level of assurance among public hospitals of United Kingdom but in Pakistani private hospitals, empathy dimension is on higher side as compared to other four dimensions. Overall service quality in public hospitals of UK is better than those in private hospitals of Pakistan.

This paper aims to investigate impact of preferential treatment (Nepotism and favoritism) on job satisfaction and turnover intentions of employees. Using convenient sampling technique, data was collected from 200 academic staff of various private universities through self-administered questionnaire. Correlation and Regression analysis has been employed to analyze hypotheses. Results revealed that there is negative impact of nepotism over job satisfaction and turnover intentions of employees. It has been also concluded that with increase in favoritism, there is upward trend in job satisfaction and employee’s turnover intentions. Preferential treatment is generally accepted in Pakistani society so less variance has been observed in job satisfaction and turnover intentions of employees in presence of preferential treatment.
